Bu uygulamanın amacı, ülkemizdeki tüm Büyükşehir, İl ve İlçe belediyelerin çalışma

alanları ile ilgili şikayet ve sorunları hızlı ve etkili bir şekilde ilgili belediyeye

iletmektedir.

Bu uygulama sayesinde belediyelerin kapsamındaki işler ile ilgili şikayet ve sorunların fotoğrafını, konumunu ve sorumlu belediye seçilir. Sonra şikayet ile ilgili diğer bilgiler girildiğinde; şikayetiniz çok hızlı bir şekilde ilgili belediyenin sistemine iletilecektir.

Bu şekilde çevremizde gördüğümüz sorunları ve şikayetleri anında ilgili belediyeye iletebiliyor olacaksınız.

Yapılan şikayetleri ve görülen sorunları, bu uygulama vasıtasıyla diğer kullanıcılarında görebileceği ve şikayetlerin takibini yapılabiliyor olacaklardır.

Kullanım Şekli:

1.adım : Şikayetinizin fotoğrafı çekilir.

2.adım: Konum seçilir. Yeni sürüm ile birlikte en yakın belediye otomatik olarak seçiliyor.

3.adım: İlgili belediye seçilir.

4.adım: Açıklama girip şikayet paylaşılır

Usage:

Step 1: Your complaint is photographed.

Step 2: Select the location. Together with the new version, the nearest municipality is automatically selected.
